This gorgeous
doeling is Queenie or Queens as she's sometimes called. Queenie was a
blessing we could only dream of having. Her dam joined our herd already
pregnant and stole our hearts quickly with her bubbly, outgoing, bottle
baby personality. Beauty went on to kid easily with twins and one of
which just happened to be the gorgeous Queenie. Queenie has grown a lot
since her photos above and below. She is very correct, wide, uphill and
dairy.
Queenie is
growing out beautifully and is a lovely doe. We have decided to breed
her to NC PromisedLand S Remington *S for her first freshening. The
udders behind both of these animals is spectacular and I think this
could be one excellent crossing. Queenie's dam has a very nice udder
with butter soft texture, great teat size and orifices making her a joy
to milk. I've also milked Remy's dam's littermate sister and she had
large handful teats that expressed extremely easily. These should be
very dairy, productive kids to come! |
